TCM 400 Advantages:

  • LWD series long working distance objectives and a well-designed  phase/brightfield illumination system yield sharp contrast images. A long working distance 0.8 N.A. phase condenser accommodates media containers with ease.
  • The TCM 400 will seamlessly accommodate Labomed® cameras as well as 3rd  party imaging solutions, enabling image capture and archiving.
  • With an optional mercury HBO or LED epi-illuminator, the TCM 400 becomes a fully functional fluorescence microscope with a host of filter options.

       A High-Precision Metallurgical Tool for Demanding Environments    

The  Labomed® MET 400 is a workhorse tabletop metallurgical microscope that takes on a compact and highly durable form, making it the ideal candidate for daily inspection needs.  Whether inspecting heat treated and stress tested metals, glass, plastics, chemicals, contaminants, or thin films, the MET 400 delivers pristine resolution and contrast while  ensuring comfort over long periods of use.

MET 400 Advantages:

  • The ML Infinity Corrected Plan optical series promises image fidelity.  Proprietary MaxLite™ coatings deliver superior anti-reflective and scratch resistant properties. Long working distance and efficient design provide for aberration-free imaging.  A dry 100x objective is optional.
  • A slide-in polarizing kit with built-in polarizer/analyzer can be added as an option, providing 360 degrees of light extinction.
  • An ultra bright 6V-30W light source with a high color rendition index faithfully illuminates specimens, particularly those used in color sensitive applications such as photomicrography.
